Inside the Studio

Everything your gallery runs on, in one place. Made simple.

Selling

From "I'll take it" to paid, without typing anything twice.

  • Make a sale

A few taps and it's done. Invoice and certificate ready, the work marked sold, added to the buyer's record, and lined up for the artist's payout.

  • Proposals and price lists

Send a quote as a private link and the collector accepts online. Or give them their own price list, with a password and an end date.

  • Reservations

Put a work on hold for a client, with an end date. You get a nudge before it runs out, so nothing stays blocked by accident.

  • Certificates

Every sold work gets its certificate of authenticity, with edition number and owner. No template fiddling.

Administration

Every euro accounted for, without the late nights.

  • VAT done right

Dutch collector, EU business or buyer in New York: every invoice gets the right VAT by itself. One unbroken invoice series.

  • Invoices

Check it and send it by email, as PDF. After a webshop order it goes out by itself.

  • Artist payouts

Once the buyer has paid, the artist's payout is worked out: commission, production costs and who bears the discount.

  • Sales overview

Turnover and VAT per period, ready to hand to your accountant.

  • Dashboard

One screen with what needs you today: open orders, reservations about to expire, works without a price, shows still missing something.

Exhibitions

Shows and fairs, sorted before the doors open.

  • Exhibitions and art fairs

Dates, booth, location and artists in one place. Someone joins the group show late? Add them now, the works can follow.

  • Labels, price list, catalogue

Straight from the linked works, as PDF, with a share link for clients.

  • Gallery app

At the opening or the fair: find a work on your phone or iPad, see the price, reserve it, add the client.

Collection

The artwork is inventory, not content.

  • Codes and locations

Every work gets its own code and a location: gallery, storage, fair or back at the artist. You always know where it is.

  • Editions and publications

Prints and books with stock that counts down with every sale, kept apart from unique works.

Clients

A CRM that fills itself while you sell.

  • Client record

Everything about a client on one page: what they bought, ordered and were offered.

  • Newsletter

Sign-ups on your site with name and email go straight into Mailchimp. Only with consent.

Webshop and website

Open when the gallery is closed.

  • Webshop

Sell online with shipping by zone and size, pick-up by appointment and payment by Stripe. Sold in the gallery means sold online too.

  • Public website

Artists, exhibitions, fairs, press and shop, always up to date because it runs on the same data. Your logo, your colours.

Questions

Is this a website builder?
No. The website is one output. The core is your exhibitions, collection and sales. Site, price lists, invoices and certificates come from that.
Who owns the data?
You. Your data sits in its own database, apart from every other gallery. Export everything, any time. Client data never shows without a login, and every update checks that.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain, your address. Order confirmations and invoices are sent from it too.
Can I move over from my current site?
Yes. Works, artists and exhibitions come over as part of onboarding. You don't retype your collection.
How does onboarding work?
I set up your installation and we go through a checklist together: logo, business details, invoice series, VAT, shipping, locations. Then your works, artists and shows go in. An audit tells us what's missing before you go live. I take on a few galleries per quarter, so everyone gets set up properly.
What about pricing?
Everything is included: webshop, app, the lot. The price depends on onboarding: how much has to move over, and whether you want a custom house style. Big-gallery tools at a local-gallery price. Ask for a demo and we'll talk.
Who's behind this?
Me, Sander. I'm an artist and I've run a gallery, so I know where the admin hurts. I built what I was missing. And yes, that's me up top, in pixels.

See it with your own works.

I'll walk you through it myself, in person. No slides, no sales team. I take on a few galleries at a time, so claim your spot.
